Description
This device is a catalytic medias filter, also called casually as “salt-free water softeners”. These conditioners do not use salt or chemicals, does not need electricity, and no maintenance is required. It uses a process referred to as Template Assisted Crystallization or TAC.
During TAC, the calcium and magnesium in the water go through a chemical reaction that changes them into hardened crystals. The crystals can’t stick to surfaces, which then reduces limescale build up and hard water spots in your home.
