Refund policy
Our refund policies vary depending on the product or service provided. Here are our refund policies for each product or service type:
1. Water Refill Coupons: Prepaid water refill coupons are transferable but non-refundable.
2. Drinking Water: For health and safety reasons, all delivered bottled water is non-refundable.
3. All Other Products: If unused or if defective, all products sold by Clara Water are refundable within 30 days.
4. 15L Glass Water Bottles with Basket: Clara Water will buy back these bottles at any time at the current market price.
