Refund policy

Our refund policy vary depending on the product or service provided. The following are our refund policy per product or service type:

1. Water refill coupons – Prepaid water refill coupons are transferable but none refundable.

2. Drinking Water – For your safety, all delivered bottled drinking water are none refundable.

3. All other products – If unused or if defected, all products sold by Clara Water are refundable within 30 days.

4. 15L glass water bottles with basket – Clara Water will buyback at anytime at market price.
